Danielle Johnson-Kutch is the Director of Government Affairs at DocuSign, the company that pioneered electronic signatures and now offers digital transformation of the agreement process itself. In her role she leads federal, state, and international public policy and advocacy for the company. Prior to joining DocuSign, Danielle led the Credit Policy & Guide team at Freddie Mac where she oversaw the publication of policy changes to the Seller/Servicer Guide and related marketing and communication materials.

- Chief Homeownership Preservation Officer
- Director of Policy
Through these roles at the Treasury, Danielle gained extensive experience in policy development, management of complex programs, and building strategic partnerships with industry, government, and consumer stakeholders as she oversaw the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and served as an expert on mortgage servicing and housing policy matters.
Danielle earned a bachelor’s in political science (minor in sociology) from Alfred University in 2003.
